★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador do clube residencial alto Itaquera, recentemente agendei na data de hoje 10/12/2021 minha vistoria de unidade, porque a construtora não conseguiria na data eu realmente estaria disponível. por esse motivo aceitei realizar hoje minha vistoria, tive desmarcar meus clientes eu tinha agendado é entrar mais cedo na empresa. mudei minha rotina abrir mão do meu lucro para esta indo atender a construtora, para no final eles desmascarem comigo em cima da hora faltando algumas horas, informando o engenheiro estaria fazendo outra coisa no dia de hoje.
achei muita falta de respeito com o consumidor, me programei parei meu trabalho tive perda de cliente só para atender eles, para no final desmascarem. sendo eles estipulam a data deles mesmo assim não cumpre.
mais engraçado quando era para eu pagar ficaram em cima para eu quitar logo. após o pagamento não tive mais assistência nenhuma nem por telefone.
I am a resident of the residential club Alto Itaquera, I recently scheduled my unit inspection on today 12/10/2021, because the construction company would not be able to do so on the date I would actually be available. for this reason I accepted to carry out my inspection today, I had to unmark my clients I had scheduled and enter the company earlier. I changed my routine to give up my profit to this one going to the construction company, so in the end they unmask with me at the last minute, with a few hours left, informing the engineer that I would be doing something else today.
I found a lot of lack of respect for the consumer, I scheduled myself, I stopped my work, I lost a customer just to serve them, so that they finally unmask. being they stipulate their date even so it doesn't comply.
funnier when I was supposed to pay they were on top so I could pay it off soon. after payment I had no further assistance, even by phone.

Os problemas não param por aí.... vamos ver se por aqui eles se posicionam como uma empresa "séria" ou se relatamos (com fotos e arquivos) do que se trata especificamente,
I've been trying to contact Grail FOR WEEKS and I'm constantly informed that the "lawyer" will contact me and NOTHING happens. Apart from that the return deadlines are NEVER respected. The problems don't stop there.... let's see if around here they position themselves as a "serious" company or if we report (with photos and files) what it is specifically about,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a maior propaganda que entregam os condomínios antes do prazo e entregaram o Conecta Itaquera na data mas cheio de problemas nas áreas comuns. Fazem a maquiagem por fora mas quem é morador sabe que é só maquiagem.
Deixaram muitos pontos a desejar.
Parece que entregaram as pressas.
Tomadas e pontos para Tv em lugares sem sentido no condomínio.
Várias apto com ralos entupidos, paredes desniveladas, e vazamentos.
A lista é grande.
Não compraria novamente.
