Na presente data (06/07) ele simplesmente me bloqueou na fanpage após eu fazer uma avaliação negativa por conta do atendimento que recebi e ainda inseriu um comentário extremamente desconexo, como se a errada fosse eu. Ao me responder no WhatsApp, foi curto e grosso: me mandou procurar outra empresa do tipo, pois não iria nem olhar mais minhas msgs, e logo após me bloqueou tmbm. Sim, é uma pessoa desse tipo que cuida da empresa... A própria atendente Beatriz estava no telefone fixo comigo, ouviu o áudio dele e ficou assustada com a forma que me tratou. Enfim... bom saber como algumas pessoas lidam com momentos negativos né? Apesar de todas as qualidades que a empresa possa ter, é impossível fechar algo com ela sabendo que uma pessoa dessas gerencia tudo.
The way the manager himself deals with customers on Facebook and WhatsApp is startling. On this date (07/07) he simply blocked me on the fanpage after I made a negative review because of the service I received and even inserted an extremely disconnected comment, as if I was wrong. When answering me on WhatsApp, it was short and thick: he sent me to look for another company of this type, because he would not even look at my msgs, and soon after blocked me also. Yes, he is such a person who runs the company ... Attendant Beatriz herself was on the landline with me, listened to his audio and was frightened by the way she treated me. Anyway ... nice to know how some people deal with negative moments right? For all the qualities a company may have, it is impossible to close anything with it knowing that such a person manages everything.
