★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive um ambiente em que todos são camaradas, que inclui desde o excelente atendimento na recepção e as aulas bem elaboradas, com apenas alguns imprevistos devido a minha pouca condição fisica, entretanto vamos superar isso, pois acredito que conseguir ser útil em defesa pessoal é um passo importante em algumas circunstâncias, lembrando que (como disse o Carlei) não devemos reagir jamais se o meliante tiver algum tipo de arma.
É isso pessoal, espero ter sido claro.

I've never had an environment where everyone is a friend, which includes from the excellent service at the reception and the well-designed classes, with just a few unforeseen events due to my poor physical condition, however we will overcome this, because I believe that being able to be useful in self-defense is an important step in some circumstances, remembering that (as Carlei said) we must never react if the criminal has some kind of weapon.
