Eu fiz um pedido de impressões de fotos com eles em uma segunda e me disseram que na sexta eles ligariam a máquina e iria imprimir, tudo bem, eu aceitei, avisaram que estava pronto na sexta, mas bem no momento que estavam fechando e eu moro em outra cidade. Disse que no sábado até as 11 estava aberto. Fui buscar e me deparei com todas as fotos com a marca no papel por causa da impressora e a impressão A3 eles imprimiram uma imagem bem pequena no papel A3. Enfim, pediram desculpas e prometeram que na segunda estaria pronto, chegou e nada de contato deles, entrei em contato na terça e falaram que na quarta eles ligariam a máquina, então resolvi pedi meu dinheiro de volta, pois já tinha pago. Moral, aprende a conquistar o cliente e de fazer um trabalho bem feito. Tenham empatia, acredito que erramos, mas eles nem se importaram de arrumar o erro. Mas agradeço por ter devolvido meu dinheiro, desejo toda sorte e estou deixando esse feedback para ajudar vocês e jamais detonar! Muito obrigado

I placed an order for photo prints with them on a Monday and they told me that on Friday they would turn on the machine and print it, all right, I accepted, they said it was ready on Friday, but right at the time they were closing and I live in another city. He said that on Saturday until 11 it was open. I went to get it and I came across all the photos with the mark on the paper because of the printer and the A3 printing they printed a very small image on the A3 paper. Anyway, they apologized and promised that on Monday it would be ready, it arrived and nothing to contact them, I got in touch on Tuesday and said that on Wednesday they would turn on the machine, so I decided to ask for my money back, as I had already paid. Moral, he learns to win over the client and to do a job well done. Have empathy, I believe we made mistakes, but they didn't even bother to fix the mistake. But I thank you for returning my money, I wish you all the best and I am leaving this feedback to help you and never detonate! thank you
