★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente, mandei fazer uns adesivos e diminuíram o tamanho da minha art e ainda fizeram Um impressão de péssima qualidade, a impressão da minha casa tinha ficado melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento tanto pelo telefone, whatsapp e pessoalmente. Solicitei a impressão de 8 folhas em papel vinil, onde me disseram por whatapp que ficava pronto de um dia para o outro, eu tentei insistir perguntando de que horas do dia seguinte eu poderia passar para buscar mas não me respondiam, então encomendei e fui no dia seguinte buscar e ao chegar lá me disseram que não estava pronto pois era 24h para ficar pronto. Fui novamente no dia seguinte, e quando cheguei lá para buscar só tinham impresso 4 das 8 folhas que eu havia solicitado pois "anotaram o pedido errado". Fui na terceira vez pegar o restante do material que estava faltando, cheguei lá às 9 horas da manhã e o estabelecimento estava fechado, sendo o horário de funcionamento das 9 às 19h. Além de toda essa desorganização, em NENHUM MOMENTO pediram desculpas pelos transtornos, espero não precisar dessa gráfica NUNCA MAIS.
Terrible service both by phone, whatsapp and in person. I asked for the impression of 8 sheets of vinyl paper, where I was told by Whatapp that I was ready overnight, I tried to insist asking what time of the next day I could go to pick them up but they did not answer me, so I ordered and went to Next day fetch and upon arriving there they told me that it was not ready because it was 24h to get ready. I went again the next day, and when I got there to get them, only 4 of the 8 sheets I had requested had been printed because they "wrote down the wrong request". I went the third time to take the rest of the material that was missing, I got there at 9 o'clock in the morning and the establishment was closed, and the hours of operation from 9 am to 7 pm. In addition to all this disorganization, in NO MOMENT apologized for the inconvenience, I hope I do not need this graph NEVER AGAIN.

Tem postencial, mas precisa mudar a equipe, ou minimamente treiná-los para atendimento ao cliente.
The quality of the product is good, however the quality of the service is TERRIBLE. The customer has to beg for service and the return rate on whatsapp and calls is 0%.
It has potential, but it needs to change the team, or at least train them for customer service.
