★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandamos e-mail passando orçamento e tivemos de longe um dos piores atendimentos via e-mail que já tivemos. Apesar de receber de forma rápida uma resposta, a qualidade da mesma deixa muito a desejar e chega a ser grosseira. Voltaremos a cotar algum serviço em casos muito extremos.
We emailed it on budget and had by far one of the worst email calls we've ever had. Although you get a response quickly, the quality of it leaves a lot to be desired and even gross. We will quote again some service in very extreme cases.

E-mail sent to Sales, requesting a quote for more than a month, they never gave the answer, that way it's difficult.
