Entrei em contato com um funcionário chamado Marcos para pedir um orçamento em 10/05 e no mesmo dia enviei o material para a verificação do valor do orçamento.
No dia 11/05 perguntei se havia conseguido fazer o orçamento e a mensagem foi visualizada e não respondida.
Hoje 13/05 enviei um áudio que foi recebido e não reproduzido e mais duas mensagens que foram vistas e ignoradas.
Péssimo atendimento.
If I could give zero stars it would be my rating.
I contacted an employee named Marcos to ask for a quote on 05/10 and on the same day I sent the material for verification of the quote value.
On the 11/05th I asked if I had managed to make the budget and the message was viewed and not answered.
Today 13/05 I sent an audio that was received and not played and two more messages that were seen and ignored.
Terrible attendance.
