O atendimento por telefone é péssimo!
 I called the printer, asked for a quote and they informed me that they were going to send me on whatsapp. They never did.
The phone service is terrible!

lousy service, do not meet deadlines and do not even advise whether to deliver the service or not. they keep the customer waiting and give nothing satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gráfica extremamente desorganizada! Solicitei um orçamento por email, completamente detalhado e o proprietário me passou um valor. Quando autorizei o serviço, o prazo de entrega era enorme, e quando fui buscar não estava pronto porque o dono me passou o valor errado e não produziu o material. Ele sequer teve o compromisso de ligar ou responder o email pra corrigir o orçamento ou comunicar que não faria. Completa falta de respeito com o cliente e falta de compromisso! Não recomendo pra ninguém!
Extremely disorganized graphics! I requested a quote by email, completely detailed and the owner gave me a fee. When I authorized the service, the delivery time was huge, and when I went to get it I wasn't ready because the owner gave me the wrong amount and didn't produce the material. He didn't even have a commitment to call or answer the email to correct the budget or communicate that he wouldn't. Complete lack of respect for the customer and lack of commitment! I don't recommend it to anyone!
