Tentei por e-mail, tentei ligando e tentei por WhatsApp (o mesmo mencionado aqui no Google) e tive zero sucesso. Ainda me responderam dizendo que iam entrar em contato; informei que era urgente e que era uma cortesia para meu cliente. Infelizmente não adiantou. Nada pessoal, mas Infelizmente estou dando esse feedback aqui para que sirva de aprendizado para a gestão da empresa. Acredito que não estejam muito interessados na aquisição de novos clientes.
I contacted for production of a material that I would do courtesy to a client of mine (a relatively expensive material). I tried email, tried calling and tried WhatsApp (the same one mentioned here on Google) and I had zero success. They still answered me saying that they were going to get in touch; I informed them that it was urgent and that it was a courtesy for my client. Unfortunately it did not help. Nothing personal, but unfortunately I am giving this feedback here to serve as learning for the management of the company. I believe they are not very interested in acquiring new customers.

Alem disso liguei e me dizeram que era outra pessoa que ia me responder sobre valores e orçamento. Jamais responderam. Se tiver idea de contratar eles melhor continua pesquisa do. Nao recomendo p nada.
Poor service. I went in person and they gave me a telephone contact to which bunca responded. I also called and was told that someone else was going to answer me about values and budget. They never replied. If you have idea of hiring them better continue your search. I don't recommend anything.
