★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento! Porém já passei por dois episódios que me decepcionaram em que encomendei cartões de visita e quando cheguei no meio da caixa os exemplares estavam com a impressão totalmente borrada/tremida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de compromisso e comunicação, atrasou o serviço além de estar faltando convites, alguns vieram com defeitos de corte e arte tremida.
Sem contar que a pessoa que me atendeu teve a indelicadeza de opinar sobre a cor que eu escolhi dizendo "que não iria combinar", e ela fez um tom totalmente fora do que eu pedi. Perguntei se poderia mudar a arte para facilitar! Me disseram que sim e mesmo assim não fizeram nada do que foi pedido, precisei ir até a gráfica para solicitar a arte (e isso já tinha se passado 1 semana, sendo que foi combinado 2 dias úteis para a entrega).
Lack of commitment and communication, delayed service in addition to missing invitations, some came with defects in cut and shaky art.
Not to mention that the person who attended me had the rudeness to give an opinion on the color I chose saying "it would not match", and she made a tone totally out of what I asked for. I asked if I could change the art to make it easier! I was told yes and even then they did not do anything that was asked for, I had to go to the print shop to order the art (and that had already been 1 week, and 2 working days were agreed for delivery).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, estive na gráfica para impressões uma material que eu usaria no meu casamento, o atendimento mesmo sendo pessoalmente deixou a desejar, talvez pq a funcionária fosse novata, mas não atribuo isso a ela, falei por diversas vezes sobre a data do meu casamento, paguei a entrada e simplesmente o material não ficou pronto, depois de passar a data do meu evento informaram que tem uma grande demanda e que temos que ficar lembrando.
Pode até ser que o peço é em conta, mas eu não volto aí nunca mais e também não indico devido a minha experiência que não foi nada boa.
Disappointingly, I was at the print shop for a material that I would use at my wedding, the service even though it was in person left something to be desired, maybe because the employee was a newbie, but I don't attribute this to her, I spoke several times about the date of my wedding, I paid the entrance fee and the material was simply not ready, after the date of my event passed, they informed that there is a great demand and that we have to remember.
It may even be that I ask for it, but I won't go back there ever again and I also don't recommend it due to my experience, which was not good at all.
