Deixa a degradar no atendimento com pessoas inexperientes e descuido nas Recargas. "SE OFERECEM RECARGAS" precisam oferecer o funcionamento do mesmo. Ou o dinheiro de volta. Não podem recargar ja informando que pode não funcionar. Ou nao ofertam o serviço.
A reasonable place compared to others,
It stops degrading the service with inexperienced people and carelessness in Recharges. "IF REFILLS ARE OFFERED" must offer the same operation. Or the money back. They cannot reload already stating that it may not work. Or do not offer the service.
