Mas, em se tratando de oferta de serviço, e, a prestação toda on line me motivou pela praticidade, mas, dever-se-iam empenhar zelo, cuidado, dedicação, não apenas em um cliente on line, mas a todos, um feed back, um post, afinal a reclamação de todos aqui são estas faltas a meses, e uma resposta robótica com carinha feliz? Sério!
Logo, não existe crise, e sim um tiro no pé, e pessoas andando sangrando achando que está tudo bem, não importa o que estejam passando, devemos superar para sermos e fazermos o melhor.
Eu acabei de fazer um banner para presentear o pastor da minha Igreja, foi vergonhoso receber aquele material, eu ainda questionei, mas era melhor eu ter ficado calado, NUNCA faça nada de qualquer maneira, se eu recebo e vejo a arte e para quem era, eu temia e tremeria, e IMEDIATAMENTE ajustaria, em não conseguindo, ligaria, e avisaria, esta imagem não vai ficar boa, mas não teria coragem de imprimir aquilo. Eu preferia encaram o cliente no balcão e dizer NÃO FIZ O SEU SERVIÇO, do que ter recebido aquilo, aliás eu já tive esta experiência numa loja de informática em Nova Iguaçu, deixei meu note, e no dia e hora agendado, tive esta resposta, NÃO CUSTA NADA - NÃO TINHA DEFEITO.
Invistam em controle de qualidade e sua página de reclamações e perdas ZERAM e vocês crescem. Hoje relacionamento é tudo, seja se for uma empresa familiar, ou não, EXISTEM ajustes necessários URGENTES, vocês tem vários pontos positivos, aproveite-os, vocês podem muito mais, e tem ferramentas para irem muito mais longe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já realizei alguns trabalhos nesta gráfica. A localização é boa, bem em frente a estação de trem, o local é organizado, o atendimento pessoalmente é muito bom. Porém tenho algumas ressalvas, o atendimento via site ou whatsapp demora a responder, e a impressão a laser tamanho A3 ou A4 não é das melhores, já imprimi 3 vezes e acabei imprimindo novamente em outra gráfica pois ficou falhado e a cor não estava fiel. No início achei que fosse um problema atípico, mas se repetiu. A impressão de cartões de visita é muito boa e o preço é justo.

However I have some caveats, the service via website or whatsapp takes a long time to respond, and the A3 or A4 size laser printing is not the best, I have already printed it 3 times and ended up printing it again in another printer because it failed and the color was not accurate. At first I thought it was an atypical problem, but it was repeated. The printing of business cards is very good and the price is right.

Você manda wtssp eles leem e não retornam com a bendita nota fiscal. Você loga eles dizem que vão fazer e nada. Não tem responsabilidade nenhuma para trabalhar em parceria com uma empresa.
The service is well done, but the service leaves much to be desired. after they receive to issue the service note you almost need to get on your knees.
