★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito satisfeito! Superaram as minhas expectativas. Eu solicitei a impressão de uma apostila de umas 270 páginas em preto-e-branco e quando eu cheguei em casa, verifiquei que algumas páginas estavam com defeito.
O normal é corrigir e pedir desculpas.
Mas eles fizeram isso e me surpreenderam imprimindo em cores, sem custos adicionais.
Estou muito satisfeito!
 I am very satisfied! They exceeded my expectations. I asked to print a handout of some 270 pages in black and white and when I got home, I found that some pages were defective.
The normal thing is to correct and apologize.
But they did it and they surprised me by printing in color at no extra cost.
I am very satisfied!
