★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, estou tendo dor de cabeça, acabei de voltar do procon municipal de Vitória, pois fiz o pedido e pagamento de mil cartões de visita dia 07/10/2017 com a promessa de recebimento no dia 11/10 quarta-feira depois sendo prorrogado para o dia 13/10, no entanto até o presente momento não foi entregue, entrei em contato ontem, e um sr que não se identificou foi uma pessoa grosseira e debochado, me informou que "tenho que esperar o tempo deles, que não iria ressarcir meu dinheiro pois lá quem manda é eles e eu teria de esperar o tempo deles, e que somente quando chegasse me entregariam. " hoje para minha surpresa o senhor Roger Abreu Carneiro do Procon entrou em contato com a sra Ana Paula e a mesma informou que somente no dia 20/10/2017 os cartões estariam disponíveis.
Uma total falta de respeito e responsabilidade.
Resumo, abri um processo no Procon, agora tenho que ir até a prefeitura de Vitória para verificar se esse lugar possui CNPJ, pois não tenho certeza se é uma empresa regularizada, só ai a prefeitura vai fazer uma fiscalização.. Enquanto isso.. Eu que fiz minha parte, paguei hei pelo serviço e só queria que meu direito fosse cumprido aguardo.
Decepção.

"Today, to my surprise, Mr. Roger Abreu Carneiro from Procon contacted Mrs. Ana Paula and she informed him that only on 10/20/2017 cards would be available.
A total lack of respect and responsibility.
Summary, I opened a process in Procon, now I have to go to the city of Vitória to verify if this place has CNPJ, because I'm not sure if it's a regularized company, only there the city will do an inspection .. Meanwhile .. Eu that I did my part, I paid hei for the service and only wanted that my right was fulfilled I wait.
Disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz duas encomendas, uma de fotos 3X4 e outra de adesivos, eles falaram para eu ir buscar no mesmo dia mais tarde, fui e os pedidos não estavam prontos e falaram para eu buscar no outro dia, sem estipular horário. Eu fui no dia seguinte na hora do almoço e não estava pronto, e me mandaram buscar às 15h do mesmo dia. Fui às 16h e não estava pronto, até que eu desisti do pedido e fui procurar outro lugar. Além do atendimento péssimo, sem nenhuma educação, eles não são nada profissionais. Não recomendo!!!
I placed two orders, one for 3X4 photos and the other for stickers, they told me to pick it up the same day later, I went and the orders were not ready and they told me to pick it up the next day, without stipulating a time. I went the next day at lunchtime and it wasn't ready, and they sent me to pick me up at 3pm the same day. I went at 4pm and it wasn't ready, until I gave up on the order and went looking elsewhere. Besides the terrible service, without any education, they are not professional. I do not recommend!!!
