A pessoa para qual foi feita a transferência, também não soube conduzir o atendimento. Fez uma piadinha sobre o material usado na impressão e ficou rindo até o final da ligação. Com que comprometimento e responsabilidade eles trabalham?!
I called to get some information. The person who answered did not have posture. He did not identify the place and answered as if he were at home. The person to whom the transfer was made also did not know how to conduct the service. He made a joke about the material used in the print and laughed until the end of the call. With what commitment and responsibility do they work ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os caras foram excelentes em sacar a necessidade das embalagens e estarem na boca dos correios. Mas o atendimento foi péssimo! Pedi o papel pardo, a menina amassou, quase rasgou, com a cara fechada... Pedi para q eu mesma fizesse. Nem entregar o produto soube.
E assim vamos sendo reféns de péssimo serviço por praticidade.
The guys were great at getting the need for packaging and being at the mouth of the post office. But the service was terrible! I asked for the brown paper, the girl crumpled, almost tore, with her face closed ... I asked myself to do it. Neither deliver the product knew.
And so we are being held hostage to bad service for practicality.
