★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Material muito bom, preço tbm muito acessível, o nome não é gráfica rápida apenas por marketing não, eles entregam muitos pedidos no mesmo dia e pedidos maiores as vezes no dia seguinte. Fiz uma caneca personalizada lá que ficou simplesmente perfeita e não desbota. Recomendo. Não é dos locais mais organizados RS, mas o serviço é ótimo é isso que importa. Ah e só aceita dinheiro.
Very good material, very affordable price, the name is not fast graphics just for marketing purposes, they deliver many orders on the same day and bigger orders sometimes the next day. I made a personalized mug there that was just perfect and doesn't fade. I recommend. It is not one of the most organized places in RS, but the service is great, that's what matters. Oh and only accepts cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregaram meu serviço incompleto, ou seja, faltando uma parte do serviço que paguei e a parte que recebi tava feita errada. Na minha pressa, ingenuidade e confiança na execução de um serviço simples não conferi na hora e quando parei pra conferir me deparei com essa situação. Não recomendo e eu nunca mais volto! Péssimo!
They delivered my service incomplete, that is, missing a part of the service that I paid and the part I received was done wrong. In my haste, ingenuity and confidence in the execution of a simple service, I didn't check it at the time and when I stopped to check I came across this situation. I don't recommend it and I'll never go back! Terrible!

Para vc chegar até lá tem que achar um estacionamento pago que seja próximo e com segurança (difícil de achar).
Cobram taxa com pagamento no cartão, seja débito ou crédito.
Poderiam melhorar um pouco o conforto para o cliente (cadeira e ar condicionado ?) que tal também senha para atendimento?
Sugiro aos administradores um serviço de capacitação com seus funcionários
Destaque especial para a proprietária, pois prensando na qualidade do serviço, como não dava para esperar a entrega do meu pedido, ela foi pessoalmente deixar em minha residência.

Sem falar que a impressão ficou horrível, nota zero.
Terrible attendance. The gentleman who stays there is very rude and the boy who prints things out is very rude.
Not to mention that the print was horrible, zero grade.
