Ao solicitar alterações no panfleto (nada demais para um Designer) fui completamente ignorada! Minha opinião como cliente não foi escultada, tive que solicitar o layout a outra designer por fora... Passado esse problema, ainda atrasou no prazo de entrega!
With prices similar to those of the competition, I preferred Banner Mania for having the design included in the price ... But I completely regretted it!
When requesting changes to the pamphlet (nothing too much for a Designer) I was completely ignored! My opinion as a customer was not heard, I had to request the layout from another designer from the outside ... After this problem, I still delayed the delivery time!

I've only been to the place once and it wasn't to hire graphic services, but it seemed to me to be organized, the attendants were kind and polite.
