★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO da colaboradora Ellen Ramirez em fevereiro de 2019. Não sabe tratar cliente, emitiu um boleto com CNPJ errado, e ainda quis jogar a responsabilidade para nós - cliente - questionando se sabíamos o preço da reemissão de um novo boleto!
A pessoa TOTALMENTE DESPREPARADA emitiu a Nota Fiscal com um CNPJ e o respectivo Boleto com outro, quando questionamos sobre a retificação (pela segunda vez) argumentou que a culpa era nossa. Infelizmente empresas que vendem bons produtos acabam sendo prejudicadas pelo atendimento de colaboradores DESRESPEITOSOS, DESPREPARADOS, INDELICADOS E LIMITADOS.

The FULLY DISPREPED person issued the Nota Fiscal with a CNPJ and the respective Boleto with another, when we questioned about the rectification (for the second time) he argued that it was our fault. Unfortunately companies that sell good products end up being harmed by the care of DESRESPEITOSOS, DESPREPARADOS, INDELICADOS and LIMITED employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São muito rápidos e eficientes. Ajudam sempre que é preciso um pedido urgente. Não gostei muito da calibração da impressora, deixou algumas artes muito escuras. Mas o preço, ótimo atendimento e agilidade faz valer a pena utilizar o serviço desta Gráfica.
They are very fast and efficient. They help whenever an urgent request is needed. I didn't like the printer calibration too much, it left some artwork too dark. But the price, great service and agility make it worth using the service of this Graphic.
