Aguardei 1 semana para minha placa ficar pronta e simplesmente a medida veio errada. Quase 1 metro menor do que o solicitado.
Pedi para que como fizeram errado, aumentar 5 cm de cada lado para ficar melhor posicionada, ficaram de me confirmar e nada feito. A placa foi mandada para produção sem respostas e sem a autorização do cliente.
Pedi para falar com um supervisor e eles não tem, apenas o departamento pessoal do Rj, como um estabelecimento funciona apenas com funcionários que nada resolvem e fazem o serviço incorreto?
Decepcionada, nunca mais faço nada lá!
This place shouldn't even be called a printing shop.
I waited 1 week for my plate to be ready and the measurement just went wrong. Almost 1 meter smaller than requested.
I asked that as they did wrong, increase 5 cm on each side to be better positioned, they were to confirm me and nothing was done. The plate was sent to production without answers and without the customer's authorization.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and they don't have, just the Rj's personal department, how does an establishment work only with employees who do nothing and do the wrong job?
Disappointed, I never do anything there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do produto é boa, mas, não gostei da falta de compromisso, pedi um serviço paguei e ao buscar, após o prazo estipulado pela empresa fui surpreendida com o "não veio"... Era uma coisa simples mas o responsável pela loja "em almoço" não veio justificar a falta, apesar disso a menina que ficou responsável fez o que tava ao alcance mas infelizmente não sai com o que queria e sem tempo hábil pra contratar outra empresa.
