★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fomos informados pelo Sr. Augusto César que nosso pedido teria "um pequeno atraso na entrega por conta de um imprevisto com a impressora" e que nosso pedido seria entregue hoje na parte da tarde. Até o momento não recebemos o pedido (que já foi pago, inclusive), não ligaram pra informar nada e não respondem telefone ou whats app.
Yesterday we were informed by Mr. Augusto César that our order would have "a small delay in delivery due to an unforeseen event with the printer" and that our order would be delivered today in the afternoon. So far we haven't received the order (which has already been paid for), they haven't called to inform anything and they don't answer the phone or whats app.
