★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vários empreendimentos habitacionais aqui na Bahia. Gostei muito das plantas dos imóveis. Excelentes infra estruturas os condomínios possuem. O vog imperiale é um condomínio bem completo.
Several housing developments here in Bahia. I really liked the plans of the properties. Excellent infrastructure the condominiums have. The vog imperiale is a very complete condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro há 9 meses em um apartamento deles e há muitos defeitos que vão desde janelas mal instaladas e paredes sem impermeabilização externa o que tem causado deterioração dos móveis planejados e muito mofo, a pisos tortos que também tem empenado meus móveis. Já foram informados e eles vem aqui, armengam, não dão soluções definitivas e não conseguem consertar. Muito decepcionada!
I have lived in their apartment for 9 months and there are many defects ranging from poorly installed windows and walls without external waterproofing, which has caused deterioration of planned furniture and a lot of mold, to crooked floors that have also warped my furniture. They have already been informed and they come here, armengam, do not give definitive solutions and cannot fix it. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, fazem uso de boa receptividade no começo, mas quando eh pra resolver algo eh demoroso e no fim se preparem que vão levar seu dinheiro!
Cuidado com o valor que vocês repassam logo no início, caso fiquem desempregado e precisem cancelar a compra eles vão meter a mão em 50% do valor que foi pago!
E isso sem contrato assinado pela caixa, apenas com o contrato de promessa de compra e venda! Sendo que há a opção deles ficarem apenas com 2% , mas obviamente ... vão meter a mão em 50%!!! E os responsáveis se escondem!!! As secretarias dizem: “Não somos autorizados a fornecer e-mail ou telefone”
Cuidado !!!!! Cuidado cuidado com essa Grafico!
Baiano que luta pelo seu dindin, pense melhor antes de se jogar nesse barco!
