Fujam dessa Imobiliária se não quiserem ter prejuízo.

Peço que tomem muito cuidado com certas firmas administradoras de imóveis, principalmente esta!
Contratei há alguns meses, a GRAFITI, administradora de imóveis, situada na estrada do pedregoso, em Campo Grande, e a mesma firmou um contrato de trinta meses para alugar meu imóvel, é o administrador sem competência alguma contratou um inquilino, que fez da minha casa um jardim zoológico, botando nove animais na citada casa.
Fui reclamar com o responsável pela administração, e o mesmo não gostou da reclamação, e me enviou um email, informando que estava rescindido o contrato, sendo que a firma já havia recebido pelo serviço, sem cumprir o que foi firmado no citado contrato.
Tive que gastar dinheiro com advogado pra fazer o serviço que paguei para a firma GRAFITI IMÓVEIS fazer.
Tomem muito cuidado com essa empresa! Não recomendo a contratação dos seus serviços! É uma dor de cabeça interminável!
