Mas quando senti um cheiro e um gosto estranho na água o galão já estava abaixo da metade e não quiseram trocar .
Perderam um cliente que compra água toda semana!!!
Every week I bought water at the grajagua.
But when I felt a strange smell and taste in the water, the gallon was already below half and they didn't want to change it.
They lost a customer who buys water every week !!!

Lousy service, a water bottle change takes 2 hours to deliver. I couldn't wait any longer and I canceled after 2 HOURS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um galao de agua completo, me mandaram um com vencimento 2025, depois quando fui comprar novamente comprei em dez 2021 me mandaram um galão que ja estava pra vencer jan 2022, enfim não quiseram trocar desligaram na minha cara..... agiram de ma fé e perderam o cliente por causa de um galão.....empresa de gente golpista não são profissionais...nunca mais eu compro nada nesse lugar...lixo!!!!
I bought a full gallon of water, they sent me one with expiration 2025, then when I went to buy it again I bought it in Dec 2021 they sent me a gallon that was about to expire Jan 2022, anyway they didn't want to change it hung up on my face..... bad faith and lost the customer because of a gallon.....company of scammers are not professionals...I will never buy anything from this place again...garbage!!!!
