★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enchi minha laje com essa empresa e com menos de um ano já tive vazamento. Já gastei uma grana pra resolver, mas o pedreiro disse que só cobrindo pra resolver pois o concreto é fraco. Alguns vizinhos também contrataram essa empresa é teve o mesmo problema.
Devia ter contratado a cortesia que é um pouco mais caro mas é garantido.
I filled my slab with this company and in less than a year I had a leak. I've already spent a lot of money to solve it, but the bricklayer said that only covering it to solve it because the concrete is weak. Some neighbors also hired this company and had the same problem.
Should have hired the courtesy which is a little more expensive but guaranteed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei os serviços concreto mix junto com a bomba, eles chegaram as 18h da noite porém com a bomba já quebrada os ajudantes tentaram arrumar mais não consertou porém o concreto usinado só vali por 3 a 4 h liguei para o proprietário Renato que estava vencido o concreto ele me informou que não iria fica no prejuízo e me mandou procura a justiça .como sei que a justiça do nosso Brasil e falha , não poderia fica esperando resolver já com a escora pronta fui obrigado a receber liguei para ele novamente e falei que iria fazer mais pedi algum tipo de produto para poder ajuda nas grande rachaduras que o concreto vencido deixa na lanche fora outros problema ele não me respondeu isso e o serviço do Grajaú mix da ao criente, sendo que ele não fornece nota fiscal esse foi meu pior erro mais cuidado para vocês não se prejudica como eu .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, todos que estiverem procurando empresas de concretagem não comentam o erro de comprar nessa Grajaú mix!! Repito: NÃO COMENTAM O ERRO DE COMPRAR NESSA GRAJAÚ MIX!!!
Essa empresa não é séria, não respeita o consumidor, NÃO É PONTUAL, fogem quando estão sendo cobrados pelo serviço, enrolam os clientes com prazos que eles não irão cumprir e por aí vai!!
Vocês podem ver aqui mesmo no campo de comentários que não é só eu que tenho esse veredito!
Essa empresa não presta mesmo!
Uma dica a todos, o Brasileiro não tem costume de procurar seus direitos quando caem na mão de empresas como essa, sugiro que acionem algum órgão quando forem lesados, entrem em contato com algum advogado (é seu direito) que aí sim essas empresas vão aprender na marra a respeitarem os clientes!!
O engraçado é que a gente não pode falhar em nada com eles, pagamento em dia, com 1 dia útil para liberar o pedido, depois que vc paga, já era, está a Mercer do descaso deles!

This company is not serious, doesn't respect the consumer, IS NOT PUNCTUAL, they run away when they are being charged for the service, they trick customers with deadlines they won't meet and so on!!

This company really sucks!
A tip for everyone, Brazilians are not used to looking for their rights when they fall into the hands of companies like this, I suggest that they activate some body when they are injured, get in touch with a lawyer (it's their right) and then these companies will learn in marra to respect customers!!
The funny thing is that we can't fail in anything with them, payment on time, with 1 business day to release the order, after you pay, it's gone, Mercer is in their negligence!
