★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, a máquina foi instalada dia 26-01-2021, foi entregue sem higienização, parou de funcionar no mesmo dia, tivemos a visita técnica no dia seguinte, resolvido temporariamente, hoje é o 4º dia que temos a máquina sem funcionar com deveria, toda vez que a opção de chocolate é escolhida entope as mangueiras internas e a partir de então sai apenas água tanto para café, cappuccino ou qlqr das opções. Não recomendo.
Very bad, the machine was installed on 01/26/2021, it was delivered without cleaning, stopped working the same day, we had the technical visit the next day, temporarily resolved, today is the 4th day that we have the machine without working as it should, every time the chocolate option is chosen, it clogs the internal hoses and from then on, only water comes out for coffee, cappuccino or any of the options. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim comprei um produto e a máquina enrroscou e não me entregou. Entrei em contato pm a empresa para reembolso fiz todos os procedimentos exigidos e me disseram para esperar dez dias úteis. Enfim já se passou mais de um mês e nem notícia. Isso pra mim tem nome.(golpe).
Too bad I bought a product and the machine got stuck and didn't deliver it to me. I contacted the company pm for a refund, I did all the required procedures and was told to wait ten business days. Anyway, more than a month has passed and no news. It has a name for me. (blow).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tínhamos uma parceria de quase 5 anos e devido a recorrentes problemas com a máquina, estamos encerando o contrato. O suporte técnico é péssimo e aparentemente eles só fazem questão do cliente quando se fala em rescindir o contrato, sendo que é um momento onde o cliente já esta saturado e dificilmente podem fazer algo.
De uns 3 anos pra cá perderam totalmente a qualidade da prestação de serviços. Uma pena!
We had a partnership of almost 5 years and due to recurring problems with the machine, we are terminating the contract. The technical support is terrible and apparently they only care about the customer when it comes to terminating the contract, since it is a time when the customer is already saturated and they can hardly do anything.
For about 3 years now, they have completely lost the quality of service provision. A feather!
