★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento possuo o cartão Goodcard fornecido pela empresa e a farmácia diz que aceita porém toda vez que preciso passar o cartão as atendentes dizem que o cartão tá inválido , que o cartão tá bloqueado e ficam de má vontade para realmente passar o cartão, e no aplicativo não mostra nada disso além de que se vc usar o cartão eles cobram juros tentei fazer uma compra agora , a compra tinha dado o valor de 60 reias e pra passar no good card eles estavam querendo cobrar 73 , em nenhuma outra farmácia que já utilizei o cartão me foi cobrado taxa pelo contrário obtive desconto .
Totalmente insatisfeito pois essa não é a primeira vez que acontece
Bad service I have the Goodcard card provided by the company and the pharmacy says it accepts it but every time I need to swipe the card the attendants say that the card is invalid, that the card is blocked and they are unwilling to actually swipe the card, and in app doesn't show any of that other than that if you use the card they charge interest I tried to make a purchase now, the purchase had given the value of 60 reais and to pass the good card they were willing to charge 73, in no other pharmacy I've ever used the card was charged a fee on the contrary I got a discount.
Totally dissatisfied as this is not the first time this has happened
