★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Buffet não é tão grande, mas dispõe de dois ambientes. Um externo onde tem piscina, banheiros. E um interno climatizado. Os dois ambientes são pequenos. Para eventos muito grande não suporta muitas pessoas.
A comida é muito boa. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. O local para estacionar carro é complicado, e dependendo do horário do evento se torna perigoso, pois as ruas no entorno são bem escuras.
The Buffet is not that big, but it has two environments. An external one where there is a swimming pool, restrooms. And an air-conditioned interior. Both environments are small. For very large events it does not support many people.
The food is very good. Staff are very polite and attentive. The place to park a car is complicated, and depending on the time of the event, it becomes dangerous, as the surrounding streets are very dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais ou menos um ano atrás eu fechei um contrato para festa do meu casamento que seria no início de fevereiro, ou seja, mês e meio na frente. Assinamos um contrato fictício na boa fé, pois o contrato tinham cláusulas como se o evento fosse pra ser realizado meses depois, o que não era o caso. Ocorreu então de eu precisar cancelar o evento por motivos particulares no início de janeiro, ou seja, duas semanas após o contrato e ainda faltando um mês para o evento. A proprietária prometeu que devolveria integralmente o valor pago em adiantamento e que não cobraria multa. Acontece que recebi metade desse valor a duras penas, depois de muito insistir, sendo que a outra metade nunca recebi e até já desisti, pois já faz um ano e nada.
Não posso falar nada sobre o serviço, pois não aconteceu o evento, mas deixo esse depoimento para alertar as pessoas sobre como esse estabelecimento lida com a boa fé de seus clientes.
A multa de 50% seria plenamente justificável numa situação de um evento planejado e cancelado sem a antecedência devida. Acontece que cancelei apenas duas semanas depois de ter assinado um contrato, que era sim fictício, pois as cláusulas eram pra um evento devidamente planejado e não era esse o caso. De qualquer forma, houve uma verdadeira enrolação pra devolver os primeiros 750,00, vários meses. E os 750,00 restantes ficaram só na promessa. Descobri agora, no momento que vc respondeu, que na verdade vc nunca teve a intenção de devolver. Poderia ter dito logo.
About a year ago I signed a contract for my wedding party that would be in early February, which is a month and a half ahead. We signed a fictitious contract in good faith, as the contract had clauses as if the event was to be held months later, which was not the case. It so happened that I needed to cancel the event for particular reasons at the beginning of January, that is, two weeks after the contract and there was still a month to go before the event. The owner promised that she would fully refund the amount paid in advance and that she would not charge a fine. It turns out that I received half of this amount with great difficulty, after a lot of insisting, and the other half never received and I even gave up, as it's been a year and nothing.
I can't say anything about the service, as the event didn't happen, but I leave this statement to alert people about how this establishment deals with the good faith of its customers.
The 50% fine would be fully justifiable in the event of an event being planned and canceled without due notice. It turns out that I canceled just two weeks after signing a contract, which was rather fictitious, as the clauses were for a properly planned event and that was not the case. Anyway, there was a real bullshit to return the first 750.00, several months. And the remaining 750.00 were only on the promise. I found out now, the moment you replied, that you actually never intended to return it. I could have said right away.

O melhor - o negócio é de família, eles têm respeito e cuidado com os vizinhos e o som utilizado nas reuniões e confraternizações não ultrapassa os limites estipulado pela lei e nunca falta interessados em assinar contratos para utilizar não só pra alugar o imóvel, mas para organização de eventos.
