★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar para morar, sem dúvida os melhores 4 anos da minha vida quando morei lá, ótima área de lazer, com piscina, parque, academia, churrasqueira, salão de festas, com portaria, uma administração para o condômino e síndicos porteiros e rondistas, transporte ( pago) até o Maxxi com horários definidos, grande espaço pela área do condomínio para crianças, cachorros... Os vizinhos alguns são ótimos, outros nem tanto, já ocorreram confusões mas alguns são ótimas pessoas, fiz ótimas amizades que levo até hoje.
Great place to live, undoubtedly the best 4 years of my life when I lived there, great leisure area, with swimming pool, park, gym, barbecue, party room, with concierge, an administration for the condominium and building and porter liquidators, transport (paid) to Maxxi with set times, large space around the condo area for children, dogs ... The neighbors some are great, others not so much, there have been confusions but some are great people, I made great friendships that I carry on today .
