Company without any responsibility. I'm 2 hours waiting for reel scheduled for 12h. Do not answer the landline and the answers by the app evasive and non-resolving whatts app. Do not waste time or money hiring.

não recomendo empresa lixo.
besides taking time to meet canceled my move twice, and the second time the company tells me to look for another carrier that would not make my move anymore.
I do not recommend trash company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei o contrato para fazer mudança, e estou cobrando a entrega das caixas para embalar tudo tem 10 dias.... estou sendo enrolado nesse período. Agora faltando 3 dias para a mudança ainda não recebi uma caixa. Zero atendimento, zero preocupação com cliente, zero serviço. Tive que fechar com outra transportadora. Resultado? Recebi as caixas no mesmo dia para poder embalar tudo.
I closed the contract to make change, and I'm charging the delivery of the boxes to pack everything has 10 days .... I'm being wrapped in this period. Now 3 days left to move I haven't received a box yet. Zero customer service, zero customer concern, zero service. I had to close with another carrier. Result? I received the boxes the same day so I could pack everything.
