Before buying I suggest you look for owners who have recently acquired Tegra property in Campinas, for example in La Vie of Swiss Park so that they can have a more practical opinion than that of the sales broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente gostaria de lamentar o atendimento para a vistoria do imóvel (muito aquém do ótimo atendimento que tive no stand de atendimento quando fui comprar o imóvel. Afinal já tá vendido né? Pra que preocupar...). Cheguei hoje no horário agendado, assisti o vídeo de segurança (que ironicamente fala em pontualidade) e após 40 minutos fui notificado de que falharam no agendamento da minha vistoria. Eu que lute com meu tempo de serviço descontado, pedágio, gasolina, frustração, etc...
Reagendaram sem me entregar outro comprovante... Espero não ter nova "surpresa" da Tegra. Vou dar 2 estrelas porque a obra ficou belíssima, senão era 1 só
First of all, I would like to regret the service for the inspection of the property (beyond the great service I had at the service stand when I went to buy the property. After all, it's already sold, right? Why worry...). I arrived today at the scheduled time, watched the security video (which ironically speaks of punctuality) and after 40 minutes I was notified that they failed to schedule my inspection. I struggle with my discounted service time, tolls, gasoline, frustration, etc...
They rescheduled without giving me another receipt... I hope I don't have another "surprise" from Tegra. I'll give 2 stars because the work was beautiful, otherwise it was only 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio imponente, as torres chamam atenção de longe e se destacam por serem as únicas na área em que estão com essa altura toda, não tem prédios altos assim nas redondezas e pelo que contei são 25 andares nas Torres mais altas.
An imposing condominium, the towers attract attention from afar and stand out for being the only ones in the area where they are at this height, there are no tall buildings like that in the vicinity and from what I counted there are 25 floors in the highest towers.
