★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom de morar, mas atualmente sem o lazer ta ficando ruim, as crianças ficam soltas nas ruas, jogam bolas nas ruas, sendo que tudo em Maceió abriu, todos condominios abriram suas áreas de lazer, ja aqui no pinheiros continua tudo fechado. Complicado demais, aqui muita coisa nao vai pra frente pq existe uma guerra interna entre alguns moradores de quando foi entregue, de gestões etc... Isso torna a moradia complicada e desgastante . Se minha casa nao fosse própria ja teria ido pra outro condomínio.
Good to live, but nowadays leisure is getting bad, children are loose in the streets, throw balls in the streets, and everything in Maceió has opened, all condominiums have opened their leisure areas, here in the pine trees everything is still closed. Too complicated, here a lot does not go forward because there is an internal war between some residents when it was delivered, managements etc ... This makes the housing complicated and exhausting. If my house was not my own, I would have already gone to another condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta administração, as crianças tudo soltas fazendo barulho, dia de sábado e domingo fazendo obras maior barulho e a administração nem aí a maior panelinha. HORRÍVEL
