★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay in the Caesar Business Vila Olimpia lasted for a whole month, so I had the chance to experience almost everything in a Hotel.
I read in other reviews that the best thing of this Hotel is the location and that is absolute true, is perfect located and there is always a cab at the entrance, so you waste no time on that aspect.
The personnel is correct and polite, not very efusive, perhaps room for improvement there, because after a month they treat me the same, I didn't feel that connection with the guest that you would expect after a long stay as mine. There was one exception to what I just wrote, Deivid at the front desk, he showed and outstanding level of commitment and responsibility every time I was around. He recommended me several places to see in São Paulo, places that only locals know and for a traveller like me that is awesome. And to finished this section with the starting point, Deivid greeted me every time I walk past the Reception and that is a lot given the fact that I am a smoker!
Regarding that last point, there is a patio / terrace in the Restaurant where you can smoke and for me that is great and adds a lot of points to my review.
As I said, after a month you start to get the little details and one thing I simply adored and have not found in another Hotel is the temperature of the water. I think I got the perfect temperature after 2 seconds (yes, 2 seconds!)
Another point that I really like was at the check in, I had a reservation for an individual bed, but when the lady at the front desk saw that I was going to be there for 24 nights (that ended up being 31) she immediately change it to a queen size bed, I simply had to say that was excellent.
This would not be a review without the negative points, and I would like to reiterate the subject of the effusiveness or lack of it of the personnel. Another thing that got my attention was that I asked for an Iron and and Iron Table, I have to say that the Iron Table has been the worst Iron Table I've ever used, really they need to buy new ones ASAP!
Would I stay again there, yes I would.

Clean rooms, great location and responsive housekeeping.
We enjoyed our daily breakfast the most and special thanks for Beatriz and Dalley for their daily services and hospitality.
Very special thanks for their last day kids surprise and awesome arrangements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great room service and the staff is great all the time, the only problem I found there is regarding to the big amount of money they block in your credit card as warranty and the time they take to return. The blocked value still debited for 7 long working days, never saw it in other hotel before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the location this hotel could improve a lot on the room functionality. I stayed at the highest class renovated room and there was no electric plug on the bed side only an old USB that does not fit to the current USB C standards. Plus the mini fridge was shaking and making a noise that woke me earlier than I expected. Breakfast was lame. Fruit options poor without apples, bananas and neither strawberry or kiwi. Despite that the cheese bread was not crispy instead it was withered and the scrambled eggs with an unpleasant consistency. Apart from those the hangers were that type that need to be fitted to a locked piece inside the closet and does not allow to hang inside the bathroom. The upside was the space for both the room and the bathroom. I will probably stay at the Pullman next time and is wondering why Accor did not invest on a better hotel like Sofitel or M Gallery in São Paulo.
