★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great resort with "all-inclusive" system. Simple accommodations and friendly staff. The sea and pools are warm and crystal-clear. Try the grilled quail, it´s awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation is OK (BUNGALOWS a little old, but ok); no Internet in the rooms (only in common areas). Great pools and activities. The bad feedback is about the food: low quality and diversity. Overall Service is OK.

A great place to go with kids, the kids pool is really good. The food is very good.
Don't expect luxury, but do expect great service, a beautiful and quiet place and an amazing beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of the whole resort is the beach. When the tide is low, you can walk a mile into the sea... its gorgeous!!
About the things that I dislike.... a few things, like entertainment could improve, espcially during night, but one thing that really disappointed me was the food. After three days I was begging to have lunch somewhere else. The drinks, like caipirinha, that should be very good, were also very disapponting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property has a lot of potential but it is poorly managed. Ran out of hot water after a day in the beach soaking in salty ocean water and hotel staff only gave us excuses all evening but never offered an option. It showed lack of care. Another time, gardening staff decided to play soccer hitting a metal fence at 6:15 am! Also, the place is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to know and visit local areas, you have to take buses everywhere. Entertainment and activities are mediocre so you are stuck in the hotel with it because it's far from everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food - Terrible! Low quality all the time. It doesn't represent the local cousine in anyway. I was thankful all the time I left the hotel to eat outside. The drinks are of low quality. Don't expect be delighted on that end. It feels like managers trying to reduce costs all the time. Even fruits weren't good.
Staff - Very friendly. However they lack a welcome experience. They just gave me a key, a set of rules and not event helped me to find the room or discover where to get towels or what kind of activities they have. The complex is huge and it's sad they don't have even a map. All the time you need to find someone to ask. They're helpful but I shouldn't have to need this.
Structure/ entertainment - It's fine considering this is a resort for families with kids.
Accomodations - Ok. It had some issues but they solved shortly.
