★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de profissionalismo! Esperaram 10 dias pra eu ir buscar meu óculos e só quando cheguei lá me disseram que tinha dado problema! Não me ligaram pra informar ainda mentiram que ligaram! Quando fui refazer o rapaz pediu pra eu voltar no outro dia de manhã que já iam ter feito o óculos e iam me entregar, agr fui pela manhã e nada! Nunca imaginei que uma ótica poderia ter funcionários tão mentirosos.
Much lack of professionalism! They waited 10 days for me to pick up my glasses and only when I got there did they tell me it was a problem! They didn't call me to inform yet they lied that they did! When I went to redo the boy asked me to come back the other day in the morning that they were going to have made the glasses and were going to deliver me, I went in the morning and nothing!
