Huge and little built condo yet, but an excellent place to build your home. It has a playground, skate park, club and gourmet space, also has a party room. Very quiet and with local shops very close.

De quando era apenas um pequeno sítio com muitas Laranjeiras, mangueiras, jabuticabeira e uma enorme soqueira de bambu. Achei lindo o construtor preservar a casa Antiga da vó D. Maria. Vó do meu primo Carlinhos.
Place with lots of green! A lot of good energy! I have great memories of my youth. From when it was just a small farm with many orange trees, mango trees, jabuticabeira and a huge bamboo knuckle. I thought it was beautiful that the builder preserved the old house of grandmother D. Maria. Grandmother of my cousin Carlinhos.

Excellent place, beautiful houses, leisure area and place for children to play sports. There's Ballet, there's football and there's swimming .....great to live in...and there's still lots of land for sale.
