Mas infelizmente, não conseguimos controlar todos os fatores que nos rodeiam, a crítica irá acerca da função precípua do lava-jato. Ontem, assim que fui de encontro ao meu veículo - lavado - percebi de pronto, que a porta do motorista estava suja, e ao perguntar educadamente a funcionária sobre aquela parte não lavada com efetividade, a mesma se incomodou visivelmente, não respondeu e foi passar a bucha.
Cabe ao proprietário examinar de perto a efetividade dos funcionários. Talvez seja um caso isolado, mas cabe o alerta.

It is up to the owner to closely examine the effectiveness of the employees. Maybe it's an isolated case, but the warning is in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a lavagem automotiva do veículo e notei logo na retirada do veículo que o caput do carro ficou todo arranhado. O proprietário e o funcionário foram resistentes em reconhecer o erro, mas depois acabaram por reparar o dano. Falamos também que parabrisa foi todo arranhado durante o serviço, mas o proprietário insistia em dizer que os arranhões eram do limpador do parabrisa, o que não é verdade pois os arranhões mostravam um movimento totalmente diferente do limpador e alguns estão em lugares que o limpador nem alcança. Ele foi grosseiro e deu as costas para o cliente e não quis resolver o dano que causou no meu carro que tem só 4 meses de comprado. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Só prejuízo.

The owner and employee were reluctant to acknowledge the mistake, but eventually repaired the damage. We also said that the windshield was scratched during the service, but the owner insisted on saying that the scratches were from the windshield wiper, which is not true because the scratches showed a totally different movement of the wiper and some are in places that the wiper does not even reaches. He was rude and turned his back on the customer and didn't want to fix the damage he caused to my car that is only 4 months old. I don't recommend it at all. Just damage.
