Uncomfortable, cold shower, air conditioning that doesn't freeze. Breakfast starts late (7 am)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ar condicionado não gela só faz um barulho alto insuportável além de colchões velhos e roupa de cama sujos, o café da manhã que oferecem deixa a desejar.
Air conditioning doesn't freeze, it only makes an unbearable loud noise, besides old mattresses and dirty bed linen, the breakfast they offer leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't informed about renovations to the on site pool during our stay while booking. Had a truly terrible experience at the hotel restaurant, with the extremely rude server 'joking' about the weight of the friend who was joining me. Management did not satisfactorily respond to my complaint, or even reply in a timely fashion. Instead, I had to send a follow up email a fortnight later to ensure it was received. The toilet in the reception area was filthy and cover in human waste. The bed was comfy enough and bed linen seemed clean but I would never, ever return to this hotel or suggest it to anybody I remotely liked.
