★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bonito e agradável, Tenho luzes, fiz uma hidratação Kerastase e unhas da mão, á todo momento a profissional me explicava todos os procedimentos e produtos que utilizaria.
Saí com cabelos perfeito, sobre o serviço de manicure, a profissional foi muito simpática e educada mas não gostei da qualidade da esmaltação.
Acredito que a manicure estava iniciando.
De resto só tenho elogios, o valor bastante justo! Foi o melhor custo-benefício que encontrei na região.
Todos os funcionários muito corteses.
Beautiful and pleasant place, I have lights, I did a Kerastase hydration and fingernails, at all times the professional explained to me all the procedures and products that I would use.
I left with perfect hair, about the manicure service, the professional was very friendly and polite but I didn't like the quality of the nail polish.
I believe that the manicure was starting.
For the rest I only have compliments, the fair value! It was the best cost-benefit I found in the region.
All the staff were very courteous.

Eu saí do salão realizada, meu cabelo ficou maravilhoso. A manicure Neide também foi maravilhosa comigo. Profissionais concentradíssimos, experientes, olha os dois formam uma dupla fora de série Dan & Lu obrigado pelo profissionalismo. Todos estão de parabéns o Recepcionista que fez minhas fotos parecia mais um fotografo profissional!! Apaixonada por tudo! - Voltarei e super indico!
I would like to congratulate the Grand Salão for the excellent quality of services and especially for the care I received, especially from Hairdresser Dan and Assistant Luciene. I left the salon fulfilled, my hair was wonderful. Neide manicure was also wonderful to me. Very focused, experienced professionals, look the two make an outstanding duo Dan & Lu thanks for your professionalism. Congratulations to everyone, the receptionist who took my photos looked more like a professional photographer!! In love with everything! - I'll be back and super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o dia da noiva com minhas madrinhas e fiquei decepcionada com o atraso. Tinha outra noiva com madrinhas tbm, o que quando fechei foi prometido um espaço exclusivo para mim e minhas madrinhas, o que não aconteceu. Teve madrinha minha que chegou 12h e foi atendida apenas as 18h e nem tinha lugar pra sentar devido ao outro casamento.
30 min de atraso de uma madrinha que ocasionou atraso no meu casamento. O pior que esses 30 min fizeram eu tomar chuva, pois era um espaço aberto para entrar.

Depois de 3 anos cortando o cabelo sozinha em casa decidi fazer um corte mais elaborado, busquei um salão especialista em cabelo cacheado, cheguei e falei com o cabeleireiro, mostrei as referências que eu queria e fui pra lavagem do cabelo. Depois, sentada na cadeira já, veio outro cabeleireiro cortar porque o que tinha me atendido foi atender uma outra cliente que chegou depois de mim! Conversei com ele, mostrei a referência, mostrei fotos do meu cabelo natural e finalizado, já que molhado ele fica meio liso, falei sobre minha curvatura e ele fez até vídeo pra postar antes e depois sabe? Eu saí de lá chorando, pois mostrei uma referência de cabelo a baixo do ombro, e sai de Chanel, um corte que não favoreceu em nada meu cacheado, tão curto que nem prender eu consigo. Tô com autoestima péssima e não consigo usar cacheado, faço escova pq fica menos feio. Estou traumatizada e choro constantemente ao me olhar no espelho. Me arrependo cada segundo! Ah, meu cabelo era na cintura, enorme e lindo!!! Não é exagero, me procura no tiktok que postei o antes e depois e a referência que eu queria.... É de acabar com uma pessoa uma coisa dessas! Falta de responsabilidade do profissional e do salão!!!!!! Foto de como era e como eu saí de lá ?

I have bad self-esteem and I can't wear curly, I brush because it gets less ugly. I am traumatized and I cry constantly when I look in the mirror. I regret every second!
