★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha recomendação PASSEM BEM LONGE dessa marmoraria, não os considero nem honestos muito menos profissionais.
Não dei zero estrela porque não é possível, eles simplesmente arruinaram o meu esforço de ter a cozinha dos meus sonhos.
Quando eu conversei com o proprietário ele foi super atencioso, prestativo enfim aparentemente professional, foi o orçamento mais caro porém como havia sido uma recomendação fechei com eles, aí começou o pesadelo.
Não entregaram o material que eu paguei, além do preço ter sido superfaturado não tinha as características que foi contratada. Comprei branco sienna limpo resinado, recebi o sienna comercial sem resinar, segundo a avaliação de outros profissionais que foram inspecionar a obra.
A instalação da península um fiasco, um serviço mal feito sem o mínimo de atenção aos detalhes ou profissionalismo, a cuba foi instalada no lugar que iría a máquina de lavar louças os recortes tinha quase um dedo de largura, totalmente grotesco, "vejam as fotos".
Depois de meses e meses quase implorando para que eles fossem concertar o serviço resolvi assumir o prejuízo e buscar outra marmoraria para terminar a minha cozinha, me devolveram o que seria "equivalente" ao valor da pedra da península, e para a impermeabilização já que a essa altura já não era mais possível resinar. Porém, o meu prejuízo, decepção, tempo perdido já estavam contabilizado.
Obviamente não conseguimos achar uma pedra que casasse 100% com a que já estava instalada, eu já estava tão cansada de esperar que no final não coloquei atenção nos acabamentos finais feitos pela outra marmoraria, agora tenho uma cozinha que me custou caríssima mas que não chega nem perto da que eu havia sonhado.
Reenforço minha recomendação PASSEM BEM LONGE dessa marmoraria, não os considero nem honestos muito menos profissionais.

I didn't give zero stars because it's not possible, they just ruined my effort to have the kitchen of my dreams.
When I talked to the owner he was super attentive, helpful and apparently professional, it was the most expensive budget but as it had been a recommendation I closed with them, then the nightmare began.
They didn't deliver the material I paid for, in addition to the price being overpriced, it didn't have the features that were contracted. I bought clean resined sienna white, I received the commercial sienna without resining, according to the evaluation of other professionals who went to inspect the work.
The installation of the peninsula was a fiasco, a poor job without the least attention to detail or professionalism, the tub was installed where the dishwasher would go, the cutouts were almost a finger wide, totally grotesque, "see the photos ".
After months and months almost begging them to fix the service, I decided to take the loss and look for another marble shop to finish my kitchen, they gave me back what would be "equivalent" to the value of the peninsula stone, and for the waterproofing since the at that point it was no longer possible to resin. However, my loss, disappointment, lost time were already accounted for.
Obviously we couldn't find a stone that would match 100% with the one that was already installed, I was so tired of waiting that in the end I didn't pay attention to the final finishes done by the other marble shop, now I have a kitchen that cost me a lot but it's not enough not even close to what I had dreamed of.
I reinforce my recommendation PASS FAR AWAY from this marble shop, I do not consider them to be honest or even less professional.
