★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso facilmente dizer que foi o pior lugar que já morei, de longe. Fui um dos primeiros a comprar e um dos primeiros a sair, ninguém diz a parte ruim do condomínio, é só reparar na quantidade de apartamentos que ainda estão disponíveis para a compra ou para locação.
Tive vários anos de problemas com a vizinha de cima, administração e síndico simplesmente não fazem nada, até hoje não tive resposta de uma solicitação que fiz por e-mail, mesmo depois de várias tentativas sem sucesso.
A estrutura do apartamento em si parece muito boa, mas camuflada de vários problemas estruturais e que aparenta que as paredes são de papel. É possível escutar uma conversa normal da pessoa que esta do outro lado da parede, fora a má educação e falta de respeito dos inquilinos.
Resumidamente, se você esta pensando em alugar ou comprar um apartamento nesse condomínio, pense 3 vezes antes de tomar essa decisão na sua vida, minha recomendação é passar longe de morar no GrandVillage, pois foi torturante para minha saúde mental os quase 5 anos que passei nesse lugar, eu não tinha vontade e não conseguia ficar no meu próprio lar, fora a luta para conseguir sair daquele lugar.
I can easily say it was the worst place I have ever lived by far. I was one of the first to buy and one of the first to leave, nobody says the bad part of the condo, just look at the amount of apartments that are still available for purchase or for rent.
I had several years of problems with the upstairs neighbor, the administration and the liquidator simply do nothing, until today I have not had a response to a request I made by email, even after several unsuccessful attempts.
The structure of the apartment itself looks very good, but camouflaged by several structural problems and it looks like the walls are made of paper. It is possible to hear a normal conversation of the person on the other side of the wall, apart from the bad manners and lack of respect from the tenants.
In short, if you are thinking about renting or buying an apartment in this condominium, think 3 times before making this decision in your life, my recommendation is to move away from living in GrandVillage, as it was torturous for my mental health the almost 5 years I spent in this place, I didn't feel like and couldn't stay in my own home, apart from the struggle to get out of that place.
