Comprei uma peça pra minha Kombi com defeito.
E o gerente disse que foi o mecânico que quebrou.
Não efetuou a troca, tive que comprar outra peça.
Pois não tiveram nem um pouco de respeito nem com o cliente, nem com o mecânico que sempre indica está loja para compra de peças.
Lousy service, has no respect for the customer.
I bought a part for my defective Kombi.
And the manager said it was the mechanic who broke it.
Did not make the exchange, I had to buy another part.

E DESLIGOU NA MINHA CARA!!! E NO MEIO DESSE BARULHO ESCUTEI OS FUNCIONARIOS DANDO RISADA DA PALHAÇADA QUE ELE FEZ!!! NAO RECOMENDO ESTA LOJA PARA NADA POIS SE UM SUPERIOR FAZ UMA COISA DESTAS IMAGINA OS FUNCIONARIOS!!!!
GOOD AFTERNOON I CALLED THE STORE TO FIND OUT ABOUT SOME PARTS ON 10/18/2021 A WOMAN ANSWERED ME AND TOLD ME TO TALK TO MATHEUS BECAUSE THEN HE ANSWERED THE QUESTION OF THE PART HE PRETENDED THAT THE PHONE WAS WHEELING (XII XIII WAS THE SOUND HE MADE!) AND TURNED OFF IN MY FACE!!! AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT NOISE I HEARD THE EMPLOYEES LAUGHING AT THE CLOWNNESS HE DID!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE IF A SUPERIOR DOES A THING OF THESE IMAGINE THE EMPLOYEES!!!!
