Como acontece na maioria dos auto centers, inventaram vários problemas na roda do meu carro, sendo que eu fui apenas para comprar dois pneus, pois o restante já estava todo ok, desmontaram as duas rodas frontais e espalharam todas as peças na frente dos outros clientes, aceitando só montar novamente se o serviço fosse autorizado, pedi apenas pra montar as rodas , pois eu compraria os pneus em outro local, me alegaram que já tinham iniciado o serviço, me cobraram um valor abusivo e absurdo dizendo que junto ao valor dos pneus foi cobrado o valor da mao de obra, valor este acima do comum.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, THEY ACT IN BAD FAITH AND TRY TO TURN CUSTOMERS WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND CARS.
As happens in most auto centers, they invented several problems in my car's wheel, and I just went to buy two tires, as the rest was all ok, they disassembled the two front wheels and spread all the parts in front of the other customers , accepting only to assemble again if the service was authorized, I only asked to assemble the wheels, as I would buy the tires elsewhere, they claimed that they had already started the service, they charged me an abusive and absurd amount, saying that along with the value of the tires the value of the labor was charged, which is above the average.
