★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no local essa semana e tive uma experiência horrível, péssimo atendimento. As atendentes são muito mal educadas e fui desprezada na loja. Sempre tive ótimas experiências nas outras lojas mas essa me decepcionou muito. Deveriam escolher outras atendentes para trabalhar no local pois essas prejudicam a loja. N compro mais nesse local.
I was there this week and I had a horrible experience, bad service. The attendants are very rude and I was neglected in the store. I always had great experiences in other stores but this one disappointed me a lot. They should choose other attendants to work at the site as these harm the store. I don't buy more at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É horrível. Consumo em várias lojas e essa literalmente é a pior de todas. Bolo ruim, seco e com pouca cobertura. Muito inferior a todas as outras lojas que já comprei e ainda insisti, comprei mais de uma vez e foi horrível tbm.
It's horrible. I consume it in several stores and this one is literally the worst of all. Bad cake, dry and with little coverage. Much lower than all the other stores I've bought and I still insisted, bought more than once and it was horrible too.

I was at the store today and bought a party pie to take to the office. It was a success, delicious with a kiss filling! Everyone loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse não dava nem 1 estrela. Estive na loja hoje com uma amiga para comprar um bolo e fomos totalmente destratadas pelas atendentes que nos humilharam da pior forma. Sempre admirei os bolos mas nunca mais quero voltar nesse lugar.
Estive na loja no dia 5 de novembro, na sexta feira passada aproximadamente umas 15:15. Estávamos sentadas na mesa escolhendo o bolo q queríamos comprar para levar e tbm algo para comer enquanto as funcionárias do balcão faziam comentários extremamente maldosos sobre a gente com outro cliente. Foi uma situação muito desagradável e só compramos o bolo,até desistimos de comer na loja. Apesar das funcionárias parabenizo a loja pela qualidade dos bolos.
If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. I was at the store today with a friend to buy a cake and we were totally abused by the attendants who humiliated us in the worst way. I've always admired the cakes but I never want to go back to that place.
I was at the store on November 5th, last Friday at approximately 15:15. We were sitting at the table choosing the cake we wanted to buy to go and something to eat as the counter staff made extremely nasty comments about us to another customer. It was a very unpleasant situation and we only bought the cake, we even gave up eating at the store. Despite the employees, I congratulate the store for the quality of the cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo esses bolos..prefiro ate agora o de nozes..aconselho a ligarem direito e pedir q sai mais barato q pelo ifood pq neles aumenta tb o preço dos bolos e direto pagamos entrega mas os bolos mantem o preço..aqui chegam ate quentinhos qd peço pela manha. Tem lojas que nao oferecem todos do cardápio. Entao cada loja, vi na prática, tem seu mérito..perto de mim fico com essa Taquara
I love these cakes..I prefer the walnut cake so far..I advise you to call and ask for it to be cheaper than ifood because they also increase the price of the cakes and we pay delivery directly but the cakes keep the price..here they arrive warm when I ask in the morning. There are stores that do not offer all of the menu. So each store, I saw it in practice, has its merits.. close to me I have this Taquara
