 One of the best breweries in Brazil. They only produce lager beers, but they extract from the style beers with a lot of personality, easy to drink but of very high quality.

Ambiente agradabilíssimo, com mesas dentro e também cadeiras na calçada. As cervejas Hop Lagers são deliciosas e são a especialidade da casa. Vó Maria e seu lado Zen e Vó Teresinha são um show a parte. Preços ok e atendimento fantástico. Mais que recomendado!
You know that feeling when you're at a friend's house, tasting wonderful beers, taking your time and enjoying the afternoon? This is the feeling you get when visiting Casa Avós. Pleasant atmosphere, with tables inside and also chairs on the sidewalk. Hop Lagers beers are delicious and are the house specialty. Vó Maria and her Zen side and Vó Teresinha are a show apart. Ok prices and fantastic service. More than recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for Friday happy hour. Different lagers produced locally. Uses ptaya and other fruits. The jazz band is great too. Small place but easy to find people to talk. It's in a hidden street in Lapa, a Uber is suggested because it's difficult to park.
