★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a loja do Salvador Norte não cumpre prazos e não dá o retorno para os clientes. Funcionários totalmente despreparados para um bom atendimento.
Unfortunately the store in Salvador Norte does not meet deadlines and does not give the return to customers. Staff totally unprepared for good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 4 caixas de lentes de contato no dia 10/05/2018 com o vendedore Ivan, na loja do Salvador Norte Shopping e paguei R$ 392,70. Mas ficou faltando uma caixa do grau 4,75.
Ele (e outra vendedora loira) me falou que iria chegar entre 5 e 8 dias. Retornei ao shopping e a lente ainda não tinha chegado. Então ele me falou que seriam 10 dias úteis.
Com 13 dias úteis, liguei para a loja, o Ivan atendeu e me disse que a lente ainda não tinha chegado, que iria procurar saber e me retornaria no mesmo dia.
E não me retornou.
Então liguei pra loja à noite, Thaís confirmou que a lente ainda não tinha chegado e disse que não tinha previsão de chegada.
Como minha filha usa graus diferentes, ela tá sem poder usar a lente.
(Foram 4 caixas, sendo 2 com grau 6,50 que é o meu, 1 com grau 4,25 e a que tá faltando)
Hj dia 23/05/2018 a lente ainda não chegou.
Essa loja não tem comprometimento com prazo e nem com o cliente.
Iria fazer meu óculos de grau e o de minha filha.
Mas não vou pagar outro produto, pra não ser cumprido o prazo de entrega.
I bought 4 boxes of contact lenses on 05/10/2018 with seller Ivan, at Salvador Norte Shopping store and paid R $ 392.70. But a 4.75 grade box was missing.
He (and another blonde saleswoman) told me that he would arrive between 5 and 8 days. I returned to the mall and the lens had not yet arrived. Then he told me it would be 10 working days.
With 13 working days, I called the store, Ivan answered and told me that the lens had not yet arrived, that he would look for it and return to me on the same day.
And he didn't return to me.
So I called the store at night, Thaís confirmed that the lens hadn’t arrived yet and said she had no expected arrival time.
As my daughter uses different degrees, she is unable to use the lens.
(There were 4 boxes, 2 with a grade of 6.50 that is mine, 1 with a grade of 4.25 and the one that is missing)
Hj day 23/05/2018 the lens has not yet arrived.
This store has no commitment to the deadline or to the customer.
I was going to make my eyeglasses and my daughter's.
But I will not pay for another product, as the delivery deadline will not be met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, preços bem competitivos, prazo de entrega respeitado. Só não leva 5 estrelas porque a loja é um tanto pequena o que dificulta um pouco a movimentação no seu interior para ver os produtos. Mas voltaria a comprar lá com toda a certeza.
Excellent service, very competitive prices, respected delivery time. It just doesn't take 5 stars because the store is rather small which makes it a little difficult to move around inside to see the products. But I would definitely buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom. Mas a entrega já passou do prazo. Quando liga ninguém atende e tbm não dão nenhum retorno de Quando vai está pronto e muito menos quando vão entregar os óculos. Chateada e NÃO recomendo.
The service was good. But the delivery has already passed the deadline. When you call, no one answers and they also do not give any feedback on When it is ready, let alone when they are going to deliver the glasses. Upset and DO NOT recommend.

I was worried when I saw the bad reviews about this store but honestly my experience was very good, the variety there is good, the service was good and my glasses arrived on time.
