★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que me arrependo de vir. Voce chegar de voo e pede um café pequeno, em segundos resolve mudar (mesmo sem pagar ainda) e fui informada que não posso mudar pq ele já registrou.. Como estou sem paciência para a orientação que o gestor deveria dar, ficou por isso mesmo...e deixou de vender mais...

Bem vindo a Recife! Ah, não relaxe, pedintes te abordam nessa área também.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Aguardando pra ser atendido e as funcionárias conversando e olhando pra minha cara... nenhuma iniciativa, péssimo atendimento e ainda por cima ficaram batendo de frente comigo com um pedido pessimo que me serviram ! NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!!!

Pagar um valor alto requer pelo menos um produto bem preparado, coisa que não é.
Não recomendo!
Logo depois tem a sweets café que é muito superior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Funcionaria me atendeu as 5 hrs da manhã totalmente sem vontade. Produtos caros e sem boa qualidade. Pra piorar, a tapioca de coco c Nutella, o coco estava azedo e a funcionária ainda achou ruim. Ou seja, não vá a este lugar, é um desastre.
Terrible attendance. The staff answered me at 5 hrs in the morning totally unwilling. Expensive products and without good quality. To make matters worse, the coconut tapioca and Nutella, the coconut was sour and the employee still found it bad. That is, do not go to this place, it is a disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento descortês. Funcionárias grosseiras e com má vontade no atendimento. Meu pedido saiu errado e iniciaram uma troca de acusações para descobrir quem foi a culpada na frente de todos os clientes.
Nunca há gelo para acompanhar as bebidas frias. Suco de laranja em temperatura ambiente.
Rude service. Staff rude and unwilling to attend. My order went wrong and they started an accusation to find out who was to blame in front of all the customers.
There is never ice to accompany cold drinks. Orange juice at room temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in here after a long flight to get a quick espresso for a pick-me-up. I didn’t expect much, because I never do expect much from airport restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent and the pastry I had with it was also very well made. The girl at the counter was friendly and the service was quick. It was good enough that I stuck around to have a second cup.
It’s located outside the security area on the ground floor, right after you leave customs, so its convenient and their prices are reasonable too, so thumbs up!
