Atendentes sem paciência e mal humorados! Não faz sentido colocar um funcionário sem boa vontade para atender, se o principal negócio é vendas granel!
 Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei algumas vezes na loja de Rocha Miranda, não foi uma boa experiência, canela em pó misturada com farinha que ao colocar em bebida quente logo empelota,temperos em pó que logo fica todo cheio de bichos. diferença da loja de Copacabana fui comprar alho poró desidratado em Copa fresquinho, verde e em Rocha miranda mais seco que qualquer coisa sem cor e aparencia horrível. Acho que volto pra Casas Pedro
I bought a few times in Rocha Miranda store, it was not a good experience, cinnamon powder mixed with flour that when put in hot drink then packs, seasoning powder that is soon full of animals. Unlike the Copacabana store I went to buy dehydrated leeks in fresh, green Copa and Rocha miranda drier than anything without color and horrible appearance. I think I'll be back to Casas Pedro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou sou bem atendido, vou praticamente umas 2 vezes por semana, minha esposa trabalha com comida e sempre precisa comprar os temperos... Logicamente que quando a loja está cheia a espera se torna algo comum como em qualquer outro lugar... Umas observações, tirem qualquer amostra para o cliente pegar para experimentar, estamos em uma época que o contato transmite, melhor prevenir do que remediar e quando a loja encher os funcionários tem que dar prioridade para o atendimento!!!
Whenever I go I am well attended, I go almost 2 times a week, my wife works with food and always needs to buy the spices ... Of course, when the store is full, waiting becomes something common like anywhere else ... A few observations, take any sample for the customer to take to try it, we are in a time that the contact transmits, better to be safe than sorry and when the store fills the employees it has to give priority to the service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser o único local próximo a vender muitos produtos onde só encontramos no mercadão de Madureira por exemplo já é excelente porém, como alguns disseram, peca no atendimento de alguns dos atendentes e o preço é um pouco alto. Façam um treinamento com seus atendentes para eles tratarem com mais educação e paciência os clientes que muitas vezes nunca compraram esses produtos e estão indecisos, falta TREINAMENTO!

Funcionários tratam clientes com diferença e não é coisa da minha caneco pois venho a um tempo reparando e sempre eu e minha irmã reclamamos sobre a mesma coisa. Clientes brancos elas tratam na maior educação e zelo. Quando somos nós o semblante delas até muda, dou boa tarde ningi reponde e muito menos respondem meu "obrigada". Deus me Live. Péssimo.
I love the store and the products but the service is poor. Employees treat customers differently and it is not my cup of tea because I have been noticing for a while and my sister and I always complain about the same thing. White customers they treat with the greatest education and zeal. When we are their faces, they change, I say good afternoon, no one responds, much less answer my "thank you". God Live me. Terrible.
