★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uns produtos nessa loja e uma funcionária veio me atender, colocou o primeiro e o segundo item que pedi na cesta e depois me largou, foi atender outro cliente, ou seja, no meio do atendimento ela interrompeu e me deixou esperando por uns 10 minutos.
Fiquei revoltado e fui até ela reclamar, porém, ela teve a cara de pau de dizer que tinha gente na minha frente. Ora bolas, se ela estava atendendo outro cliente, era só não me abordar e iniciar o atendimento. Simples assim. Maior falta de respeito com o cliente, nunca mais piso nessa loja.
I went to buy some products in that store and an employee came to see me, put the first and second item I ordered in the basket and then left me, went to see another customer, that is, in the middle of the service she interrupted and left me waiting for 10 minutes.
I was disgusted and went to her to complain, however, she had the nerve to say that there were people in front of me. Well, if she was serving another customer, it was just not approaching me and starting the service. That simple. Greater lack of respect for the customer, I will never step into that store again.
