Very attentive professionals, subject matter experts. The quiet classes, with few students and practical focus, everyone gets their hands dirty. I've taken a few courses and hope to come back many times. Vitória really needed a space like this!

Mesa posta com lanche para que haja interação entre os alunos e o professor antes do início das aulas é uma constante. Turmas reduzidas, cozinhas personalizadas e conteúdos bem elaborados, demonstram o quanto a escola preza pela qualidade.
Grão is a differentiated school from the reception. The atmosphere is refined and at the same time welcoming. Table set with snacks so that there is interaction between students and the teacher before the beginning of classes is a constant. Small classes, personalized kitchens and well-prepared content demonstrate how much the school values quality.

A estrutura da escola é linda; cozinhas, utensílios e materiais excelentes e os cursos com um valor muito bom.
Todo curso, os alunos tem uma recepção com mesa posta, com os donos carinhosamente explicando o conceito da escola, a gente se sente em casa! É o diferencial que faz a gente sempre querer voltar, fora os cursos com professores especializados, funcionários agradáveis e cursos com conteúdos surpreendentes!

Excellent school! I've taken numerous courses in various areas of gastronomy and all are impeccable!
The structure of the school is beautiful; excellent kitchens, utensils and materials and courses at a very good value.
Every course, students have a reception with a table set, with the owners affectionately explaining the concept of the school, we feel at home! It's the differential that makes us always want to come back, apart from the courses with specialized teachers, pleasant staff and courses with surprising content!
