★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre boa. Um café muito bem puxado pelo barista. Aromático e muito saboroso. O espaço é aconchegante. Entretanto não possui no cardápio a tradicional tapioca pequena, alta e redonda que o cearense tanto gosta.
 Always good. A coffee very well pulled by the barista. Aromatic and very tasty. The space is cozy. However it does not have in the menu the traditional tapioca small, high and round that the Cearense both likes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo os cafés deste lugar, são incríveis. Mesmo o preço sendo um pouco elevado, a qualidade é espetacular. Mas infelizmente, o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Não sei dizer se a remuneração, escala de trabalho, engajamento da equipe, as demandas internas são corretas, justas para as meninas, mas é visível que não existe um bom clima no local.
E isso, para nós, que somos clientes é profundamente desagradável. A falta de simpatia, energia. A cara de cansaço e desdém das atendentes é intimidadora.
Se o dono do estabelecimento ler está avaliação, por gentileza, melhore os processos internos e facilite o trabalho da sua equipe.
Seus clientes agradecem.
I love the coffees in this place, they are amazing. Even though the price is a little high, the quality is spectacular. But unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. I can't tell if the pay, work schedule, team engagement, internal demands are correct, fair to the girls, but it is clear that there is no good climate in the place.
And that, for us as customers, is deeply unpleasant. Lack of sympathy, energy. The tired and disdainful face of the attendants is intimidating.
If the property owner reads this review, please improve internal processes and make your team's work easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um café pequenino, mas bem aconchegante. Café gostoso, comidinhas fantásticas e exelente atendimento. Recomendo. Infelizmente esse café fechou.
It's a small but cozy cafe. Delicious coffee, fantastic food and excellent service. I recommend. Unfortunately this cafe has closed.
